Please use this form to submit names of deployed military members so that our parish may pray for them and send notes or packages to encourage them while away from home serving our country. Any service-member may be submitted for prayer & support regardless of whether they are a parishioner of Saint Anne.

Note: Expected deployment end month & year will not be published in the bulletin or on the parish website. This information will be maintained on file in the parish office in order to keep our prayer list up to date. This information is optional and not required in order to list a service-member's name for prayer.
