  • Codes for access to Saint Anne's facilities are assigned to a person, not to a ministry. Do not share your code with anyone unless they have been approved by the pastor or maintenance supervisor.
    
    You are responsible for anyone who accesses the hall after you unlock it, as well as anyone who uses your code to access the hall.
    
    Please read the following list of guidelines. By signing below, you acknowledge these regulations and assume full responsibility of the Hall during your use.
    
    Entering Facilities: 

    • Unlock the door(s) you need. Do not prop them open. Keep all interior doors closed when not in use.
    • Turn on only the lights you need.
    • Thermostats will be scheduled for your regular meetings. If the thermostats have not been scheduled, you can adjust the temperature on the screen. It will automatically reset after 2 hours.

    
    Exiting Facilities: 

    • Take everything with you, including food, supplies, decorations, etc. 
    • Remove trash and place in the receptacle outside. 
    • Ensure that floors are swept/mopped if needed and that tables are wiped down. 
    • Return all tables and chairs to their original location. 
    • Make sure all lights and fans are turned off, including restrooms. 
    • If using the kitchen, please make sure you have completed the “Kitchen Checklist” posted in the kitchen.
    • Before leaving, make a thorough check of the facilities to ensure everyone has left and that everything is in order. Report any issues or damages to the office immediately. 
    • Lock the door when you leave and double check that it is locked.
